A Little Bit About Me

I’m from the south of the UK, and my journey has taken me from managing creative buildings in London to teaching scuba diving all around the world — until I discovered coaching, and I’ve never looked back! I’m also a book worm, a coffee enthusiast, and a board game fanatic.

I help people break unhealthy patterns, communicate with confidence, and build relationships that feel secure, connected, and safe. I love being a coach because this work transformed my life, and I deeply believe that these skills will empower you to create meaningful, lasting change in your life and relationship.

My approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and the belief that every person has the strength and potential to grow. Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Life Coaching, I create a non-judgmental, supportive space where you can freely explore what’s holding you back and, most importantly, how to move forward.

My Story

For years, I had everything I thought I wanted—a great job, amazing friends, hobbies, and a stable relationship. But on the inside? I felt trapped.

I was anxious, restless, and constantly searching for something—anything—to make me feel whole. My relationships suffered because I struggled to truly let people in. Deep down, I was terrified of real emotional intimacy. Instead of facing my fears, I ran. But guess what? My problems packed their bags and followed me.
It wasn’t my environment that needed to change.
It was me.

Through deep self-work, therapy, and coaching, I started to understand my avoidant patterns, my fear of vulnerability, and the walls I had built around myself. I learned how to communicate in a healthy way that created real connection instead of pushing people away. I stopped running and, for the first time, built a relationship with a wonderful woman, where we both feel safe, loved, and truly seen.

Now, we’re both secure. I wake up every day at peace with who I am. My relationship is thriving and is built on trust, communication, and real emotional depth. And I love helping others do the same. Because love shouldn’t feel like something you have to chase or protect yourself from. It should feel like home.
